Your visit will typically take around 20 – 30 minutes and after a full consultation, we will:

Carefully remove any wax using a gentle stream of warm water to flush out wax from deeper in the ear canal
This is repeated on the other side
Ensure your ears are clear and comfortable
Discuss and supply aftercare support

If no wax is found, we will advise you honestly.
