OutWax is run by Craig and Jade, a husband-and-wife team who launched the business out of a genuine passion for helping others. Both come from military backgrounds, and as Jade puts it:
“Our military backgrounds taught us the importance of hard work, reliability and supporting others. We want those principles to shine through in everything we do.”
Both are fully trained in microsuction ear wax removal through CPD Group and UK Microsuction accredited programmes, and carry full professional indemnity insurance. They invest in continued training to stay current with best practice and the latest equipment.
The business is also backed by a family business owner with over 40 years’ experience running successful companies, which gives OutWax a strong foundation of professionalism, reliability, and customer care across every part of the service.

We are proud to support residential and care homes across Lincolnshire by delivering on-site ear care clinics. This means residents can receive treatment without the disruption of travel.
For many older adults, untreated ear wax is a quiet but significant issue. It can worsen hearing loss, affect balance, increase the risk of falls, and even mimic symptoms of cognitive decline. Clearing it can make a real and immediate difference to comfort, communication, and the quality of everyday interactions between residents, families, and care staff.
We work with care providers to set up regular ear care clinics that fit around residents’ routines, with full hygiene standards and minimal disruption to the home.
At OutWax Ltd, we are committed to:

OutWax was founded by Craig and Jade, a husband-and-wife team from Lincolnshire with a shared background in the military. They started the business with one straightforward goal: to provide safe, gentle, professional ear wax removal to people who need it, without the wait or the fuss.
We specialise in microsuction and water irrigation, which are two of the safest and most effective methods for clearing blocked ears. Both are carried out in a calm, clinical setting using modern equipment and a gentle approach that puts patients at ease.
Blocked ears can affect more than people realise. Hearing, balance, sleep, and confidence in conversation can all be knocked off course by something as simple as a build-up of wax. The best part of this job is seeing that change. Patients often arrive frustrated and uncomfortable, then leave a few minutes later smiling, relaxed, and hearing properly again. It never gets old.

Every appointment is carried out with care, attention, and respect – ensuring each patient
feels at ease from start to finish.
Jade and Craig were so caring and kind and put me at ease, so I can 100% recommend them.
Brilliant work from Jade a lovely lady who put you at ease and explained everything, it has made a difference, even had to turn hearing aids down, will definitely recommend.
Excellent Treatment, Excellent Practitioners, Highly recommend.
