OutWax Ltd provides ear wax removal services, including Microsuction, Irrigation (where appropriate), and ear health assessments. All services are delivered by trained professionals in accordance with applicable healthcare standards.
By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have consent from a parent/guardian, that you provide accurate and complete health information, and that you will follow any pre- and post-treatment advice given.
Appointments must be booked in advance via our website, phone, or other approved methods. You are responsible for attending your appointment on time. Late arrival may result in reduced treatment time or cancellation.
All fees are clearly communicated at the time of booking. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect confirmed bookings.
Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a fee. Refunds are not typically provided once a service has been delivered, except where required by law.

Ear wax removal procedures carry some risks, including temporary discomfort, dizziness, minor irritation, and rare complications such as infection or damage to the ear. By proceeding, you acknowledge these risks and provide informed consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses. Our liability for direct losses is limited to the amount paid for the service. Nothing excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
We adhere to strict hygiene and infection control standards. Clients must follow hygiene guidelines and inform us of any infections or contagious conditions.
